i was thinking of all the different cars, i have and wondered what kind of cars you have. i have a 72 dodge charger, which is my claim to the musclecar era. it has a 318ci. motor with a 2 barrel carburator. it's not a HEMI, but it move on top end. insurance is cheaper. i have several mid70's chevrolet trucks. they have 350ci motors with 4barrel carbs. they will run but they haul heavy loads too. i hope to have a 71 chevrolet chevelle someday soon. i almost got a triple black one about two months ago. someone beat me to it. a day late and a dollar short, the story of my life.i've owned several different vechiles: a 69 383ci road runner, 61 401ci ford galaxy, 71 ford falcon[us torino style body], 79 amc gremlin[ actually a good car], 74 400ci dodge charger[wish i had kept it], and even a 41 international 1 and a 1/2 ton truck. i don't care what kind it is, let me know what you have. i could tell 50 stories about each one of these. i know i forgot a couple more that i have had.

I am currently restoring a 66 Fairlane GTA with the 390 4 barrel and C6 automatic tranny. If you knew or not Ford used the GTA designation on all automatic equipped GT cars, GT designations were equipped with 4-speed manual boxes. This was introduced on Fairlanes and mustangs in 1966 and carried through 1969 (I think). My daily driver is a 1970 Ford F100 longbox pickip similar to the one in the Charles Bronson film Mr.Majestyk. It has a 302, 2 barrel and 3 speed floor shifted tranny.
I also own a 78 Toyota Celica GT coupe which I plan to restore one day. It is optioned with the sunroof, and a/c. Quite a peppy little car for its age. It has Toyotas rock solid 20R 4-banger and 5-speed tranny. Other vehicles in my collection include a 79 F150 4X4 longbox equipped with a 400 V8, automatic, tilt wheel, cruise, and a/c, A 67 Chevy shortbox factory K10 4X4 which is slated for an off frame resto sometime in the next couple of years, it has the 327 V8 and 4 speed. Last but not least is my baby a 1996 Harley Heritage Softail which is undergoing a slow customizing process. So Far I have cleaned it up by removing saddlebags, windshield, and installed a shortened turn signal bar in the back. Plans call for a set of drag bars, some kickass pipes, and an S&S 96 inch kit.
In the past to name a few I have owned: 1968 Mustang Fastback (Bullitt Highland Green), 1969 Mustang Mach 1, 1951 Ford hot rod pickup, stock 1952 Ford Pickup, 1969 Ford Hot Rod Pickup, 1972 Ford 4X4 on 40 inch mudders, 1974 Ford Hot Rod Pickup, 1981 F250 on 33X12.50 BFG Mud Terrains, 1972 Chevy shortbox hot rod pickup, 1992 Suzuki RM250, 1995 Kawasaki KX125, and 1988 Suzuki RM125.
My Wish list is kinda short as all I really would like is: 1940 Ford Coupe, Jesse James WCC El Diablo Softail, Harley VRod, and a 1957 Ford Fairlane Hardtop with a 427 Ford Side Oiler engine.

you have a great collection of cars. i lean more towards chevrolet but i can aooreciate a great ford anyday. a lot of my friends and a couple of relatives drive fords. my papaw owned many including a faded powder blue 65 fairlane, it was almost white looking in a certain light. it was a plain model, but was very clean. HOT ROD magazine had one just like it with a blower, i wish i had got it off of him. a lot of my buddys drove ford 4by4's. they were damn good trucks. my buddy, curry dale, jumped a chevy blazer i was riding in, dukes of hazzard style, right over top of our heads. he landed in a bottom across from us, bounced twice, and drove back. it was like watching a jet go over at atlanta on i 75. i like all kinds of cars, any vehicle for that matter. a forty ford coupe is on my wish list too. i just saw a 57 ford limo made into a hot rod, a couple months back. it had a four foot section added to the middle. it looked sharp. thank you, i appreciate your list of cars. i hope others will add their's too.

my latest ride 11 years 5 months ago #3824

my most recent ride is not a supercar by no means but it's decent. it is a 94 oldsmobile cutlass supereme 4dr.its a family car but moves pretty good not to have the 3.8 motor. i went to alabama(i 75 south, love that interstate) with no trouble at all. i was doing 85 to over 100mph most of the time. i embaressed a newer porsche 911 in the nortern part of alanta. he could have beat me out on the open road but i smoked him in traffic. there was a bmw sedan that got passed at over a 100 mph too. he wasn't real happy about that. if he knew i give two thousand dollars for my car, he really would have been pissed. i made the trip back to eastern kentucky in seven and one half hours. my wife will never bitch to get back home again.its not a muscle car by no means but it looks good enough and moves pretty decent for its size.i never really liked a four door before this one.please submit your car to this section. i love cars of any kind, from any country. send in a picture, if you can. condition doesn't matter either. cars are like family members wheter you like them or hate them.

My car is a chesnut red 1995 Ford Escort wagon. I also have a green 1995 Dodge Spirit my grandmother gave away to me. That's how basic I can get with cars. I still wish I had an '83 Crown Vic.

Sigh :|

A black Volvo V40 TurboDiesel Estate with STP racingdecals. With the decals, the car looks a lot faster. Nothing special but it provides a lot of space if you sleep over at the local racetrack...And with Diesel I rarely need to refuel. My real pride are a few old 60's and 70's motorcycles that I restored and someday hopefully an old musclecar or an old big Datsun maybe?..
