It sounds like good news when Stallone, Lundgren, Statham, Jet Li, Rourke and some other actionboys play together in one movie. The bad quality of the trailer on youtube gives the impression that this movie is a 1980-something-mercenary-war-flick. However, the movie is going to have at least one car chase.



I saw something like that 20 years ago. Same actionhero, same car.

There's 2 chases. Oddly enough, both featuring pickup trucks. I wonder if Ford had a sponsorship deal. The 2nd was definitely the better of the 2. Not a lot in the way of driving technique or collateral damage. It did seem exactly like a mid-80's chase scene though.

That's good news to hear DH because I am seeing the film next week.

No surprise that the second pursuit sequence felt like mid-80s chase given that the film itself is a throwback to 1980s action films.
