Because of the huge turnout of racers, the DTMRS sanctioning body has enacted the following Qualifying Session Rules.

If there are more than 8 racers present at an event, the drivers must qualify to run in the feature race.
Qualifying will consist of a single 3 lap run on the event track.
Collisions will be turned off.
All other settings will remain the same.
The drivers best lap time will be recorded. A driver may only compete in 1 qualifying session.

The 8 fastest lap times will be entered into the feature race.

The new schedule for the 2nd season of th DTMRS has been finalized. After a month long delay because of the dreaded Red Rings of Death, the premier racing series is back on track. Click here to see the new dates or hit the Series link on the menu.

After intense debate, the DTMRS sanctioning body has decided to restrict all forms of the Honda/Acura NSX to using only SPORT tires. This means that no NSX (Acura/Honda NSX/NSX-R) may use RACING tires in the DTMRS 2. If you have questions on whether your car is legal you can do the following check. 1: Is it an NSX? 2: Do you have Racing Compound tires? If both of these are true, then the car is not legal.

Due to equipment failure(aka Red Rings) the DTMRS has been postponed until repairs have been completed. As soon as the schedule is revised it will be posted here.

Series 2 of the DTM Movies.com Racing Series is accepting signups. The first DTMRS was a big success and the DTMRS 2 will be even better.

This season the car specs are:

• Maximum HP: 400bhp
• Minimum Weight: 2800lbs
• Maximum PI: 850 (A class)
• Drivetrain: RWD only
• Paint: Your Gamertag/Username must appear somewhere on the car You can only use 1 car for the duration of the series

All races will be full simulation tires/fuel/damage No driving lines will be allowed during the race.

There will be 7 races on the schedule.
The first race will be held on Saturday December 1st

The car specifications for series 2 of the DTM Movies.com racing series have been finalized. They are:

• 400 Maximum HP
• 2800lbs minimum weight (without driver/fuel)
• Rear wheel drive
• 850 Maximum Performance Index rating after modification (A Class)

Series 1 of the DTMRS is complete and the new champion is...Hendrix! Here are the final standings at the end of the series:
